Shipping and Delivery
Every item you see on our site is in stock and held in our storeroom located in Brisbane and available for immediate delivery.
We generally will post your items to you the next business day after payment is received.
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia

We also ship Internationally. If you look under categories on the front page there is one for Shipping Options.
If one of these is applicable to your purchase then you can simply add that one to your cart before checkout and it will add that delivery to your order.
You can also request a delivery quote during the checkout process.
Click the ‘Quote for International Delivery' button at checkout. We will then check delivery costs for your items and email you this information.
You then have the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority at KiddyBizz.
Returns/Refunds for 'Faulty/Damaged items - If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Notification of faulty/damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject header of ‘Faulty/Damaged Products' , include your order number and give a good description in the email content of the problem.
We will get back to you as quickly as possible and if we have the item in stock we will offer a replacement or a refund. If we don't have the item in stock we will offer a full refund. We may require you to send the faulty/damaged item back first but we will advise.
Returns/Refunds for 'Change of Mind' - If the item is not faulty or damaged but you have simply changed your mind then we will still accept returns. You must contact us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered via email to email@example.com with subject header of 'Request for Return', include your order number and detail the reasons why you would like to return the item.
You will need to send the item back to us using Registered Post at your expense.
Once we receive the item back in the original packaging and with labels intact and in an unused and saleable condition we will process a refund less a $5 re-stocking fee.
