All products featured on our website are in stock and held ready for despatch from our Brisbane Storeroom. On the rare occasion where a product ordered is out of stock once it has been paid for, you will be contacted immediately via email or telephone. You will then be given the option of refund, exchange or to place a product on back-order.
Some items from our clothing range may have the labels cut. This is because we buy a lot of stock overruns and cancelled orders. Due to legal reasons, we are required to remove the trademarks of other companies off the tags or labels. This does not affect the quality of the garments in anyway. They are 100% brand new (not seconds) unless we specify otherwise. KiddyBizz reserves the right to reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, pricing errors or incorrect descriptions on the web site. To place orders with KiddyBizz you must be at least eighteen years of age. Please read our Returns Policy before placing your order. By placing an order with KiddyBizz you agree to our Returns Policy. By placing an order you acknowledge your acceptance of all terms and conditions. We offer Free Delivery to anywhere in Australia.
We also ship Internationally. If you look under categories on the front page there is one for Shipping Options. If one of these is applicable to your purchase then you can simply add that one to your cart before checkout and it will add that delivery to your order.
You can also request a delivery quote during the checkout process.
Click the ‘Quote for International Delivery' button at checkout. We will then check delivery costs for your items and email you this information. You then have the option to proceed or cancel the order.
